Cassey and Dylan have such a fun-loving spirit about them.  We got some great engagement shots in downtown Knoxville.

I photographed Chelsea and Matt Cunningham who chose BEAUTIFUL Norris Lake for their Trash the Dress Session before their wedding.  Chelsea didn’t Trash her real wedding dress she purchased another dress for this special occasion.  They are awesome at wake-boarding and wanted to try their hand at wake-boarding in their wedding attire… We were all impressed with Chelsea, who got up on her first try! This was a difficult task as the soaking wet dress was very heavy.

Whitney & Jon were married on April 4, 2010 at Hunter Valley Farms. They had a gorgeous outdoor wedding overlooking the lake and a beautiful reception held in the Pavilion. The decorations were true to the brides personality; decked out in pink and accents of black.

The majestic southern atmosphere of the Norris Dam Tea Room was the perfect setting for Samantha and Lucas Henderson’s July wedding. From the tall beautiful trees to the gleaming rays of sunshine; this venue could not have been more perfect.  Sam  arrived in a vintage yellow pick-up truck, driven by her father. The barefoot couple shared their vows in a beautifully lit amphitheater ceremony to show their relaxed and natural personalities. Sam looked stunning in her dress adorned in her mother’s veil as she walked down the aisle carrying a beautiful purple, pink and green bouquet from Samuel Franklin Florist.

In the beautifully decorated Tea Room, everyone dined on good ole’ southern staples like ham, chicken, greens and cornbread. For desert, a gorgeous cake decorated with purple ribbon fondant topped with a silver H. The adorable grooms cake was an edible Chaco sandal. Both were created by Jill Payne. The night ended with dancing, laughter and love!
