Sarah & Kealan: July 18, 2009

*NEW*  Video!! *NEW*

Sarah and Kealan had a beautiful church ceremony and reception at First Christian Church on the corner of 5th Ave and Gay Street in Downtown Knoxville.  This is one of my all time favorite churches to photograph at because of the breathtaking courtyard, low-limbed trees, and the overall character or the church.  If this church had a center isle, then it would truly be a photographer’s dream.  The bridal party wore mint green bridesmaid dresses and vests, perfect for a July wedding.  Lisa Foster Floral Designs did a fantastic job on Sarah’s bright pink floral bouquets.  Lisa always seems to be the favorite florist among brides.  She is in tune to the latest trends in modern floral design and desires to make your wedding unique and beautiful!  I had the opportunity to work with a wonderful new videographer, Jon Reitzel.  All the organization credit goes to Sharon McDuffie, the wedding Director who made the whole day flow so smoothly.  Her son-in-law, Chad Eidemiller, eloquently played the piano for Sarah and Kealan during the ceremony.  My Aunt Gracie was born into this church 73 years ago and has served the church as a Ceremony Director for many years.  Sarah and Kealan’s go-away was a feast for the birds as their attendants dumped cups of bird seed.  One of the guys even climbed the tree to get a better angle down on the laughing Sarah and Kealan!  Make sure you check back tomorrow for the slide show of the entire wedding!
